Staunton Island is the business district.Portland is the old industrial district, consisting largely of workmen in old cars, and is home to the Leones, Triads, Diablos and the Forelli Brothers (mission appearances only).The world itself is that of a spoof on New York City (Liberty City) and has three different islands. Not only is it the first game in the series to feature a 3D environment, but it's the first official open-world, sandbox game where you can go just about anywhere, expanding upon Shenmue's more closed-in design and doing more with what was introduced in The Nomad Soul.
